We take great pride in the reputation we have built over the last 30 years,
and believe that our service offering is unmatched by any of our competitors.
Skate Sharpening - With over 30 years experience in sharpening skates,
you can depend on us to insure that your skates have just the right edge.
We also do custom hollows, just ask if you have a preference.
SHARPENING & REPAIRS
We offer a full complement of skate repair services, including boot repair,
holder replacement and blade (runner) replacement.
In many cases we can repair your skates while you wait, and in those cases when we can't -
we'll make sure that you're back on the ice as soon as possible.

RETURNS
We gladly accept returns with the
following criteria:
AS OF 9/1/2010 Returns will only be
accepted with ALL of the following present:
Item
must be returned within 14 working days of the original
purchase.
Customer must present a valid Receipt.
Item
must be accompanied by its original box or packaging.
Item
must be 100% unused as determined by salesperson.
SKATES POLICY
Once sharpened ALL skate sales are final.
REFUNDS
Credit card refunds can only be applied to the actual card
used for the purchase, please have card present when making
a valid return.
We cannot refund cash for credit.
SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
There are no returns on SPECIAL ORDER items.
SALE & CLOSEOUT ITEMS
There are no returns on SALE & CLOSEOUT items.
WARRANTY ISSUES
Due
to manufacturers restrictions
Manny’s cannot accept broken sticks, products with defective
stitching, etc.
Please contact the manufacturer directly
to
obtain a return authorization number.
ORDERING BY PHONE
With a phone call and
a credit card you can purchase any of our products over the
phone. We will ship to anywhere in the Continental United
States. Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class,
but if you need expedited delivery we can
accommodate your
request.
