Skate Sharpening - With over 30 years experience in sharpening skates, you can depend on us to insure that your skates have just the right edge. We also do custom hollows, just ask if you have a preference.

Skate Repairs - We offer a full complement of skate repair services, including boot repair, holder replacement and blade (runner) replacement. In many cases we can repair your skates while you wait, and in those cases when we can't - we'll make sure that you're back on the ice as soon as possible.

We don't offer online purchasing, but with a phone call and a credit card you can purchase any of our products over the phone. We will ship to anywhere in the continental United States.

Our standard shipping method would be UPS ground, but if you need expedited delivery we can accommodate your request.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on any unused equipment.

All returns must be in original packaging and accompanied with a Manny's Hockey Shop authorized RA Number. Such number shall be issued prior to return of equipment. We reserve the right to reject any equipment returned without such RA Number. Upon acceptance of the return we will issue a store credit to be used against future purchases.

Bryan Berard - Mount St. Charles Academy

Bryan Berard

A native of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, Bryan Berard scored 47 points in 32 games at Mount St. Charles Academy in 1993-94 before heading to the OHL. He enjoyed two stellar years with the Detroit Whalers/Junior Red Wings and helped the club reach the Memorial Cup in 1995. His accolades included being named the Top Rookie in the CHL in 1995 and being selected to the OHL and CHL First All-Star teams in 1995 and 1996. Following the 1995 season Berard was chosen first overall by the Ottawa Senators. The talented blueliner also played for the U.S. at the 1995 and 1996 World Junior Championships.

Brian Boucher - Mount St. Charles Academy

Brian Boucher

Goaltender Brian Boucher was a first-round pick of the Philadelphia Flyers, 22nd overall in the 1995 NHL Entry Draft. He began playing hockey at a young age in his hometown of Woonsocket, Rhode Island and starred for his high school team before deciding to move to Canada to further hone his skills.

At 17, Boucher joined the Tri-City Americans of the Western Hockey League in 1994-95. In his draft year he posted a 17-11-2 record with a 3.29 GAA. He spent his final two years of junior with the Americans before turning pro in the fall of 1997. Also on Boucher's resume were two appearances at the World Junior Hockey Championships with Team USA in 1996 and 1997.

David Capuano - Mount St. Charles Academy

David Capuano

David Capuano was an all-state performer for Mount St. Charles during the mid-80s. Following his career at the Mount, he went on to star at the University of Maine. At Maine, Capuano was a Hockey East first-team all star and an All-American. Selected by Pittsburgh in the second round in 1986, he played several years in the professional ranks for Pittsburgh and Vancouver.

Keith Carney - Mount St. Charles Academy

Keith Carney

Drafted 76th overall out of high school by the Buffalo Sabres in the 1988 NHL Entry Draft, Carney starred at the University of Maine for three years during which time he made various All-Star teams for his fine play. He joined the Sabres in 1991 after spending much of the year with the U.S. National team. Carney was subsequently traded to the Chicago Black Hawks.

Since then, he has played for the Phoenix Coyotes, Anaheim Ducks and the Minnesota Wild. Carney also represented his country in the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano, Japan.

Sarah DeCosta - Toll Gate High School

Sarah DeCosta

DeCosta grew up playing in boys hockey leagues. She made the boys varsity team her freshman year at Toll Gate High School, becoming the first girl to play in Rhode Island's top scholastic division. She started in goal her final two seasons.

Sara DeCosta was in goal for three of America's six victories at the '98 Olympics.

DeCosta graduated from Providence College. While playing for the Friars, she led the nation with a .943 save percentage, had a 17-9-3 record and was one of four finalists for the 2000 Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award, presented annually to the nation's top players.

David Emma - Bishop Hendricken

David Emma

Center David Emma was born in Cranston, Rhode Island on January 14, 1969. Emma went on to a decorated collegiate career at Boston College that saw him twice be named to the Hockey East First All Star Team, twice named to the NCAA East First All-American Team, and one time elected to the Hockey East Second All Star Team.

The highlight of his time in Boston came in 1991 when Emma won the coveted Hobey Baker Memorial Award for the top U.S. college player. During his time with Boston College, Emma answered the bell for his country on three occasions, twice playing in the World Junior Championships and once with the World Championships.

Rob Gaudreau - Bishop Hendricken

Rob Gaudreau

Rob Gaudreau was an offensive-minded right-winger who spent four years in the NHL during the early 90s. In addition to his big league experience, he was standout in college and represented the United States on the international stage.

Born in Lincoln, Rhode Island, Gaudreau was selected 172nd overall by the Pittsburgh Penguins out of Bishop Hendricken High School. He then played four years at Providence College and represented the US at the 1990 World Junior Championships. Gaudreau accumulated 103 goals and was named to the Hockey East first and second all-star teams once each.

Paul Guay - Mount St. Charles Academy

Paul Guay

Right-winger Paul Guay was a NHL player for seven seasons in the 80s and 90s.

Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Guay was selected 118th overall by the Minnesota North Stars in 1981 after starring at Mount St. Charles High School. He then spent two stellar years at Providence College and a year with the US national team. He also represented his country playing for Team USA in the 1984 Sarajevo Olympics.

Steven King - Bishop Hendricken

Steven King

Right-winger Steven King was a solid two-way performer who played 67 games with the New York Rangers and Mighty Ducks of Anaheim in the 1990s. King was an All-State performer at Bishop Hendricken High School and continued his success at Brown University. One of the better players to come out of Brown University, King had a reputation as a solid two-way player with a nice touch around the net.

Brian Lawton - Mount St. Charles Academy

Brian Lawton

Born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, Brian Lawton starred at Mount St. Charles Academy where he became the top-rated amateur player in North America. He represented the United States at the 1983 World Junior Championships and was the first overall pick by the Minnesota North Stars at that summer's NHL Entry Draft.

The first U.S. High School player chosen first overall, Lawton enjoyed a solid career, playing for the Minnesota North Stars, New York Rangers, Hartford Whalers, Quebec Nordiques, and Boston Bruins.

Eddie Lee - Mount St. Charles Academy

Edward Lee

Former Mount St. Charles star, right-winger Edward Lee played in the NHL for the Quebec Nordiques. He had a reputation as a tough competitor who could win puck battles along the wall and in front of the goal.

Born in Rochester, New York, Lee was taken 95th overall by Quebec after his freshman year at Princeton in 1980-81. He played four years with the Tigers and also skated for the US National Team.

Mathieu Schneider - Mount St. Charles Academy

Mathieu Schneider

In the talent rich draft of 1987, former Mount St. Charles star Mathieu Schneider was drafted 44th overall by the Montreal Canadiens.

A three-time Olympian (1998, 2002, 2006), Schneider, who played for the Montreal Canadiens, Toronto Maple Leafs, New York Islanders, New York Rangers, Detroit Red Wings, and the Anaheim Ducks, surpassed 1000 games played during the 2005-06 season. Over the course of his career, Schnieder continued to prove himself as one of the premier offensive defensemen in the NHL.

Chris Terreri - Pilgrim High School

Chris Terreri

Netminder Chris Terreri played 14 seasons in the NHL. He was a consistent performer who rarely lost his composure between the pipes and posted over 150 career wins.

Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Terreri was chosen 87th overall by the New Jersey Devils in 1983. He attended Providence College for four seasons and led the Friars to an appearance at the NCAA championship tournament in 1985. He was named the MVP of the tournament and placed on the Hockey East first all-star team. In 1988, he joined the U.S. national team the next season and represented his country at the Calgary Winter Olympics.
